SOLD OUT VIRTUAL Nordic Table Workshop: Sunny Marmalade with Heidi Skoog

This class offers an optional kit for $20 (available for pick up only), or students may source everything they need themselves. Kits include fruit, sugar, and jars. Kits will be available for pick up at the American Swedish Institute ONLY on February 26 and February 27, before class. Registration closes February 20.

Students must also provide a wide stockpot or deep saucepan, heat proof spatula, sharp knife, measuring cups, and kitchen scale. Information about sourcing fruit, sugar, and jars will be shared in advance of class if you do not order a kit. 

If Meyer lemons are not available for this class, the instructor will offer a suitable replacement.
