Demos are designed for students to watch instructors prepare featured recipes while Workshops are participatory experiences in which students cook alongside their instructor.

All Nordic Table classes include a recipe packet to take home and some tastes of the dishes prepared. Some classes include a full meal and a beverage. Please see the full course description for more information. 

Each registration is for one student. This program welcomes registrants ages 14-17 who attend alongside a registered adult. Ages 18+ may attend this program independently. Please reach out to foodhandcraft@asimn.org with inquiries about accommodating younger guests.
